Ingredients:
mozzarella to taste
1 onion
5 potatoes
1kg of chicken
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
garlic to taste
oregano to taste
oil
150g of cream
Way of doing:
Cut the onion in half, then in half again, then into slices.
Cut the potatoes into slices.
In a pan add the chicken cut into pieces, add the salt, black pepper, garlic, oregano, olive oil and mix well.
Add the onions, potatoes, salt, black pepper and mix again.
Add the cream and use a spoon to spread it well, then cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Add the mozzarella on top of everything and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
