Creamy Chicken, Super Tasty and Very Quick to Make

Ingredients:
1kg chopped chicken breast
200g cream cheese
1 medium onion chopped
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon dried chili pepper
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Bahian seasoning
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon cumin
150ml of milk
1/2 lemon
mozzarella to taste

How to do it:
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
In a pan add oil, the chicken and sauté until golden. Then add the garlic, onion and stir, then the lemon and sauté.
Add the saffron, calabrian pepper, Bahian seasoning, cumin, salt and mix well.
Add the mayonnaise and stir a little more, then the milk and stir again, let it cook for 2 minutes. Add the cottage cheese and mix well, then add the mozzarella and cover the pan until it melts.
