Ingredients:

  • tilapia fillet
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cups of oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • lemon zest to taste
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Oil
  • 200g of cream
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 25g grated parmesan cheese
  • 150g mozzarella

Way of doing:

Place the fish in a bowl, squeeze the lemon and mix well so the lemon penetrates all the pieces and set aside for the fish to marinate in the lemon.
In a mixing bowl add the oat flour, salt, paprika, oregano, lemon zest, garlic and mix well.
Grease a baking tray with olive oil, then coat the fish fillets in flour and add them to the tray, then coat them with olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
In a container add the cream, cream cheese, grated parmesan cheese and mix well until smooth.
When the fish is already baked, pour this cream on top, then the mozzarella and put it in the oven to brown.
