Cookie Ice Cream, Only 4 Ingredients, Super Delicious

Ingredients:

  • 380g condensed milk
  • 400g cream
  • 150ml lemon juice or 12g unflavored gelatin
  • 2 and 1/2 packets of biscuits

Way of doing:

In a bowl add the condensed milk, cream, lemon juice or unflavored gelatin and mix well.
Add 4 pieces of biscuit, breaking them into small pieces, and mix well.
Place a layer of the mixture in a refractory, a layer of whole biscuit, repeat the process and finally sprinkle pieces of biscuit on top and refrigerate for 1 hour.
