Coleslaw with creamy dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cabbage
  • water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • parsley
  • 170g tuna
  • 170g natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Way of doing:

 
Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
Place the cabbage in a colander and add water to wash.
Place the washed cabbage in a container.
Grate the carrot and place it with the cabbage.
Cut the onion in half and then into slices and place in the container with the rest.
Add the parsley and tuna and mix everything very well.
In a container add the yogurt, olive oil, lemon, mustard, salt and black pepper and mix.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything.
