Classic Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
1 cabbage
2 tablespoons of  salt
oil
500g ground beef
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tomato
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
50g rice

How to do it:

Cut the cabbage stalk, leave a hole in the middle and fill it with salt.
Place in a dish and cover with plastic wrap, then microwave for 15 minutes.
In a pan add the olive oil, ground meat and stir.
Add the already chopped carrot, the already chopped onion and tomato, the salt, the black pepper and mix well.
Add the garlic and stir again.
Add the rice and mix everything.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.
In a baking dish, add the cabbage leaves one by one, next to each other.
Then add the filling and cover with more leaves.
Repeat the process until finished.
To finish, use the edge of the leaves that were left outside to cover everything.
Add olive oil on top and brush.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
