Classic Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

For the Salad:
2 cups rotini pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup croutons
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
For the Caesar Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare the Pasta:
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. 

Prepare the Caesar Dressing:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Salad:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced black olives (if using).
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad mixture. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Serve:
Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual bowls.
Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese, croutons, and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
