Ingredients:

  • peaches
  • strawberries
  • grape
  • 1 ¼ cup of cream
  • 1 ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 ¼ cup of milk chocolate
  • 2 cups of cream

Way of doing:

Cut the fruits into small pieces, transfer everything to a platter and mix.
In a pan add the cream, condensed milk, egg yolk, vanilla essence and mix everything very well.
Transfer the mixture into the dish, over the fruits and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie, then add the cream and mix well.
Pour the chocolate over the dessert, spreading it well and place it in the fridge for 2 hours to cool.
