Chocolate dessert with banana and peanuts

Ingredients

  • 120g rolled oats

  • 250ml hot milk

  • 2 bananas

  • 2  eggs

  • 40g  chocolate powder

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • butter

  • wheat flour

  • peanut

  •  chocolate

  • 100g chocolate

  • 40ml boiling milk

Way of doing

  • Place the rolled oats in a container and add the hot milk
  • Peel the bananas and mash them until they become a paste
  • In another container, add the  eggs , then the mashed bananas and mix very well.
  • In a pan greased with butter and wheat flour, pour the mixture inside and add the peanuts and chocolate pieces on top.
  • Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
  • In a container add the chocolate and boiling milk and stir until completely melted.
  • When you remove the dessert from the oven, pour the melted chocolate over the top.
