Chicken thighs in honey mustard sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200ml boiling water
  • 800g chicken thigh
  • paprika
  • Black pepper
  • salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 200ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper sauce

Way of doing:

In a pan with boiling water, add the chicken thighs, cover and let cook for 2 minutes
Add the paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic, and garlic cloves
Cover and let cook for another 2 minutes
Add the soy sauce and mix
Cover again to finish cooking
When it is juicy, add the water, cover and let it cook for another 15 minutes
Add the ketchup, mustard, honey, pepper sauce and mix again, let it cook for another 1 minute
