Chicken Thighs in Beer Sauce: A Hearty and Flavorful Delight

Ingredients:

6 chicken thighs
1 tablespoon ginger
40 ml soy sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
3 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
250ml of beer
parsley

How to do it:

Make superficial cuts on each of the thighs, this way the seasoning will combine better.
Reserve in a container.
Grate the ginger over the chicken thighs.
Add the soy sauce, paprika and black pepper.
Mix everything very well.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the onion into slices.
Cut the garlic cloves into very small pieces.
In a pan add the olive oil, the chicken thighs and fry for 4 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan add the garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Return the chicken to the pan and add the beer.
Cover and let cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Remove from the pan and add the parsley on top.
