Chicken Thigh with Potato

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 130g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Way of doing:

Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces.
Then season with salt, black pepper, paprika, olive oil and mix well.
In a baking dish add olive oil, onion, salt, black pepper, potatoes cut into slices, then a little more salt, black pepper, olive oil, then add the chicken, then cover with paper aluminum and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a container, add the tomatoes, mozzarella, mayonnaise and mix well.
Add this mixture into the pan, on top of everything, and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
