Chicken thigh accompanied by salad

Ingredients

1 teaspoon of salt

1kg of chicken

1 teaspoon of  salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 tablespoon of butter

2 tablespoons of honey

100g tomato sauce

1/2 cabbage

1 onion

1 carrot

2 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of vinegar

Way of doing

  • Add the chicken thighs to a container, add the salt, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, baking soda and olive oil and mix everything.
  • In a pan add the oil and wait for it to heat up, then add the chicken thighs and let them fry.
  • When they are golden, remove them from the pan and set them aside.
  • In a pan add the butter and stir until it melts.
  •  Add the honey, tomato sauce and mix.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
  • Cut the cabbage into very thin strips.
  • Cut the onion in half, then into slices.
  • Grate the carrot.
  • In a container add the cabbage, onion and carrot.
  • In a container add the  mayonnaise , mustard, honey, vinegar, salt and mix well.
  • Pour the sauce over the room and stir everything.
