Chicken Roulade with Potatoes, Cabbage, and Cheese

Ingredients:

1kg chicken breast
3  eggs
1 onion
1  potato
200g cabbage
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves of garlic
mozzarella

How to do it:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, place in a bowl, add the eggs and mix well, kneading until smooth.
Cut the onion into cubes.
Grate the potato.
In the bowl add the onion, potato, cabbage and mix all these ingredients very well, along with the chicken.
Add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic and mix well.
Place the entire mixture on parchment paper, spread it evenly, add the mozzarella slices on top, and use the parchment paper to roll the mixture.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
