Chicken Pie with Zucchini, Cheese and Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ cup mozzarella
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • zucchini to taste
  • red pepper to taste
  • mozzarella to taste

Way of Doing:

  1. Cook the Chicken: Place the chicken breast in a pan of boiling water and let it cook until fully done. Once cooked, cut the chicken into medium pieces.

  2. Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, add the eggs, milk, and salt. Beat well until smooth.

  3. Mix the Dry Ingredients: Add the wheat flour and baking powder to the bowl, and mix again until fully combined.

  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken, mozzarella, and oregano to the mixture. Stir everything together until well mixed.

  5. Assemble the Pie: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Place slices of zucchini on top, followed by the red pepper and additional mozzarella.

  6. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
