Chicken pie with cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • scallion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • oil

Way of doing:

Cut the chicken breasts into medium pieces.
Cut the onion in half, then into strips, then into cubes.
Cut the tomato into slices.
Chop the chives.
Transfer the chicken to a container, add the onion, salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika and chives and mix everything.
In a container add the eggs, cottage cheese, mozzarella and salt and mix.
In a baking dish add the olive oil and spread it all over.
Add the chicken and pour the mixture over the chicken, spreading until it covers everything.
Add the tomato slices on top and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
