Chicken Mince with Peppers

Chicken mince with peppers is a vibrant and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken with a medley of colorful peppers, creating a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

This recipe begins with succulent chicken breasts minced and infused with aromatic ginger, garlic, and a touch of honey for a hint of sweetness. The marriage of soy sauce and spices like pepperoni, salt, and black pepper adds depth and savory richness to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon  of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon  of honey
  • pepperoni to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon  soy sauce
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 80ml chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon  soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch


Way of doing:

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Then transfer to a bowl.
Cut the ginger into very small pieces.
Add a teaspoon of ginger to the bowl, then the garlic, olive oil, honey, chili pepper, salt, black pepper, cornstarch and mix well.
Add the  soy sauce and mix again.
Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.


Cut the onion in half, then into slices.
Cut the peppers into cubes.
In a pan add the olive oil, the chicken and let it fry.
After frying, remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan add the oil, a tablespoon  of ginger, garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Add the onion and fry for 1 minute.

Then add the peppers and let them fry for 2 minutes.
To finish, place the chicken back in the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
In a container add the chicken broth,  soy sauce , cornstarch and mix well.
Pour this mixture over the chicken and mix everything.
