This delicious Chicken in Foil recipe is a perfect way to prepare a flavorful and tender meal with minimal cleanup. Ingredients

500g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 Onion
2 Chicken Breasts 
200ml of Milk 
2 Eggs 
170 g Natural Yogurt 
2 Medium Potatoes 
1 Teaspoon of Salt 
1 Pinch of Black Pepper 
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil 
2 Tomatoes 
Parsley to taste

How to prepare

Start by cutting the chicken breasts into cubes. 
Transfer them to a bowl, add the milk, cover with plastic wrap and let the chicken cubes soak for 30 minutes. 
In another bowl, add the eggs and the plain yogurt, mix well until combined, set aside. 
Get a piece of aluminum foil and a small bowl, put the foil under the bowl and shape it into a foil bowl. Make 3 of them. 
In a glass bowl, add the potatoes cut into thin round slices, add the salt, the black pepper and the olive oil, mix all the ingredients very well. 
Place the foil bowls we made in a baking sheet and into each bowl add 1 layer of potatoes. 
Top them with the red onion chopped into thin round strips, also add 1 layer of the chicken cubes we let soaking, add 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of black pepper and 1 scoop of the egg sauce. 
Top with a layer of tomato round slices and finish with grated mozzarella cheese. 
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
