Chicken fillet stuffed with mozzarella

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150g mozzarella
  • oil

Way of doing:

Cut the chicken breasts into fillets and beat them with a kitchen hammer to soften them.
Season with salt, black pepper and paprika. Repeat the process on the other side.
In a container add mayonnaise, mustard and mix.
Cut the parsley very finely and reserve in a container.
Cut the garlic cloves into very small pieces and set aside with the parsley.
Grate the mozzarella and add half of it to the container with the garlic and parsley.
Brush the mustard and mayonnaise mixture on each fillet and spread well.
Then add the filling and roll each fillet, so that it covers all the filling.
In a baking dish add olive oil and then the chicken, brush the rest of the mixture on each one.
Bake at 190°C for 40 minutes.
After this time, remove from the oven, add the rest of the cheese and parsley (optional) and bake for another 5 minutes.
