Ingredients
1/2 cup of water
water
1 broccoli
1 carrot
1 teaspoon of salt
2 chicken breasts
oil
salt
oregano
Black pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Way of doing
In a pan with water add the broccoli, carrot and salt.
Cover and let cook for 10 minutes.
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
Remove the broccoli and carrot from the water and set aside.
In a pan add the oil, chicken, salt, oregano, black pepper and mix while frying.
Add the garlic, onion and mix again.
Then add the broccoli and carrot.
Add the soy sauce and stir.
In a container with water, dissolve the cornstarch and pour the mixture into the pan.
Let it boil for another 4 minutes.
