Chicken Breast with Honey and Shoyu

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 90g of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • parsley to taste

How to do it:

Make cuts in the chicken breasts, then season with salt and black pepper.
Coat the chicken breasts in wheat flour.
In a pan add the butter, stir until it melts, then add the chicken breasts and fry on both sides.
Add the butter, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
