Chicken breast with beer

Beer-braised chicken is a simple yet delicious dish that will satisfy your taste buds and impress your guests. Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
salt
Black pepper
garlic powder
thyme
paprika
oil
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
1  tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
180ml of beer
1 tablespoon of honey
scallion

Way of doing:

Add chives and help yourself!
Make diagonal cuts in the chicken breasts.
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, paprika and olive oil.
Spread everything very well all over the chicken.
In a pan add olive oil and the chicken breasts, fry until golden.
Cut the onions in half and then into slices.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan add more oil and sauté the onions.
Add the garlic and let it fry for 2 minutes.
Add the mustard, soy sauce, beer, honey and mix everything.
Let the sauce simmer for a minute and return the chicken to the pan.
Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
After this time, open the pan and spread the sauce over the chicken.
