Chicken breast omelets

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • ½ cup of wheat flour

  • parsley

  • 100g mozzarella

  • 1 teaspoon of fried garlic

  • oil

Way of doing

  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips and then into cubes.
  • Now set everything aside in a container.
  • Add the eggs, salt, paprika, black pepper, mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Add the wheat flour and mix again.
  • Add the parsley, mozzarella, fried garlic and stir everything.
  • In a pan add olive oil and spread it with a brush.
  • Then add portions of the mixture.
  • Now let them fry and when they are golden, turn them over so they fry on the other side.
  • Repeat this until the recipe runs out.
