Way of doing
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips and then into cubes.
- Now set everything aside in a container.
- Add the eggs, salt, paprika, black pepper, mayonnaise and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour and mix again.
- Add the parsley, mozzarella, fried garlic and stir everything.
- In a pan add olive oil and spread it with a brush.
- Then add portions of the mixture.
- Now let them fry and when they are golden, turn them over so they fry on the other side.
