120ml chicken broth

Way of doing
- Make cuts on top of the chicken breasts, this helps the sauce and seasoning penetrate.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Crush the garlic cloves with the help of a knife.
- In a pan add the olive oil, butter, garlic, chicken breasts and fry on both sides.
- Cut the onion in half and then into slices.
- Cut the garlic cloves into very small pieces.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Also remove the garlic cloves.
- In the same pan add the butter and stir until it melts.
- Add the garlic and let it fry, stirring so it doesn’t burn.
- Add the chicken broth and lemon juice.
- Cut the parsley into small pieces.
- Add the parsley to the pan, oregano, nutmeg, salt and black pepper and mix.
- Add the chicken back to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle the parsley on top.
