Chicken Breast in Chicken Broth Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast

  • wheat flour

  •  eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • parsley

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 50g parmesan

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 170ml chicken broth

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

How to do it

  •  Cut the chicken breast in half, cover with plastic wrap and lightly beat with a kitchen hammer.
  • Use the wheat flour to bread the chicken and spread it well on both sides.
  • In a container add the eggs, salt, black pepper, parsley, garlic and parmesan.
  • Then pass the chicken in this mixture.
  • In a pan, place the butter and let it melt.
  • Add the chicken and let it fry on both sides.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan add the chicken broth, garlic cloves, lemon juice and mix well.
  • Then add the parsley, butter and mix again.
  • Place the chicken back in the pan and turn as it cooks.
