How to do it
- Cut the chicken breast in half, cover with plastic wrap and lightly beat with a kitchen hammer.
- Use the wheat flour to bread the chicken and spread it well on both sides.
- In a container add the eggs, salt, black pepper, parsley, garlic and parmesan.
- Then pass the chicken in this mixture.
- In a pan, place the butter and let it melt.
- Add the chicken and let it fry on both sides.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan add the chicken broth, garlic cloves, lemon juice and mix well.
- Then add the parsley, butter and mix again.
- Place the chicken back in the pan and turn as it cooks.
