Ingredients :

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized bouquets
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup of hat
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Minced fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Tapering a sulfurized paper pastry plate.

In a large bowl, combine grated cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, capelure, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper.

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

Dip each bunch of cauliflower in the beaten eggs, then roll it in the cheese and capelure mixture, making sure each piece is well coated.

Place the coated cauliflower flowers on the prepared pastry plate in a single layer.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower bites are golden and crispy.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
