Cauliflower Empanada Better Than Meat

Ingredients:

  • 500g cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • parsley to taste
  • 1 cup of milk tea
  • oil

Way of doing:

Cut the cauliflower, place it in a pan, add water to cover, salt, vinegar, mix, cover the pan and let it cook.
In a bowl add the wheat flour, black pepper, paprika, salt, egg, parsley, milk and mix everything very well.
In a pan add oil, dip each cauliflower floret in the mixture and add it to the pan to fry, fry on both sides.
After frying, remove from the pan and place in a container lined with paper towel to absorb the oil.
