Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ¾ cup of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Way of doing:

Beat the carrot, egg, oil, water and sugar until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then add the wheat flour and mix everything very well.
Add the baking powder and mix.
Take some of the dough with a spoon and push it with another spoon into a pan with hot oil.
Leave the heat on medium to low so the dumplings don’t get raw in the middle.
After frying all the dumplings, remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon and place them in a container lined with paper towels to absorb the oil.
In a bowl add the sugar, cinnamon powder and mix well, then pass the dumplings into this mixture.
