Cabbage Omelette with Pepperoni and Mozzarella

Creating a cabbage omelette with pepperoni and mozzarella is a delightful way to combine flavors and textures in a single dish. The sweetness of cabbage pairs wonderfully with the savory kick of pepperoni and the gooey richness of melted mozzarella cheese.

Here’s how to make this satisfying meal

Ingredients:

  • ½ cabbage
  • water
  • 2 sausages
  • 3  eggs
  • parsley to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • oil
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • mozzarella to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the cabbage into slices, then place it in a bowl, add water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Cut the sausages into slices.
In a container add the  eggs and beat well until homogenized.
Add the beaten eggs over the cabbage, inside a baking dish, and break up all the cabbage.
Add the parsley, salt, black pepper and mix everything very well.
In a pan add olive oil, spread it with a brush, add the cabbage inside, arrange it so that it is uniform, then cover and leave on low heat for 15 minutes.
Using a plate, turn the recipe over and place it back in the pan.
Add the tomato sauce, spread well, then add the sausage slices, add the mozzarella, cover the pan and leave on low heat for another 5 minutes.
