Cabbage omelet with tuna and potatoes – delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage

  • Hot water

  • 2 potatoes

  • water

  • 170g tuna

  • 2 boiled eggs

  • scallion

  • Black pepper

  • 1 egg

  • salt

  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour

  • oil

  • parsley

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tomato

  • mozzarella

Way of doing

  • Cut the cabbage in half and then into thin slices.
  • Transfer to a container and add hot water until covered.
  • Leave it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Grate the potatoes.
  • Place in a container, add water and set aside.
  • Add the tuna to a container and add the boiled eggs.
  • Cut the chives into fine pieces.
  • Add the tuna to the container.
  • Add black pepper and mix everything.
  • Drain the water from the cabbage.
  • Add the egg to the container containing the cabbage, add the salt, wheat flour and mix very well.
  • In a pan add the olive oil, cabbage and let it sauté.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the water from the potatoes.
  • Add parsley to the container containing the potatoes.
  • Using a plate, turn the cabbage in the pan so you can fry it on the other side.
  • Add the egg over the potatoes.
  • Then add the black pepper, wheat flour and mix.
  • Now remove the cabbage from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan add olive oil and potato mixture.
  • Cover and let cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Cut the tomato in half and then into slices.
  • Again, use a plate to turn the recipe in the pan.
  • Add olive oil around.
  • Add mozzarella on top.
  • Add the tuna mixture, tomato slices, cabbage and finally more mozzarella.
  • Cover and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • After this time, the recipe is ready!
