Cabbage cigar with ground meat

Cabbage cigars, also known as stuffed cabbage rolls, are a delicious and comforting meal that brings warmth to your table. This recipe features tender cabbage leaves filled with a savory mixture of ground beef, rice, and spices, all simmered in a flavorful chicken broth. Ingredients:
500ml chicken broth
cabbage or kale
boiling water
450g of ground beef
60g of rice
1 egg
scallion
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

How to do it:
Add the cabbage to a bowl, add boiling water and set aside.
In a bowl add the ground meat, rice and egg.
Cut the chives very finely and add to the bowl.
Add the grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and mix everything very well.
Drain the water from the cabbage.
Take a portion of the filling and place it in the center of the cabbage leaf, then roll the leaf covering the entire filling.
Repeat the process with all the meat and cabbage leaves.
Place the stuffed cabbage in a pan, then add the chicken broth on top and bring to a boil over medium heat, then bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
