Ingredients:

  • 300g broccoli
  • 4  eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of fried garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese
  • 100g mozzarella
  • oil


Method of preparation:

 
Cut the broccoli and then grate each of its florets
Transfer everything to a container, add the  eggs and chopped onion, mix everything
Add the salt, black pepper, fried garlic, cottage cheese and mozzarella and mix again
In a pan add olive oil and spread with a brush
Pour the entire recipe inside and, using a spatula, spread everything so that it is uniform
Cover and let cook for 10 minutes
After this time, using a plate, turn the recipe over so that it cooks on the other side;
Then cover again and let it cook for another 5 minutes
