Broccoli in White Sauce Gratin

This delicious Broccoli in White Sauce Gratin is a perfect combination of healthy vegetables and creamy goodness. With layers of broccoli, colorful peppers, and a rich white sauce topped with gooey mozzarella, this dish is not only satisfying but also easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 800g broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 3  eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 400ml of milk
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • parsley to taste
  • 250g mozzarella

Way of doing:

Cut the broccoli, place in a pan with boiling water, salt and milk, to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
In a pan add the olive oil, onion and sauté, add the red pepper, yellow pepper and saute.
Grease a baking tray with olive oil, add the broccoli, the mixture made previously, mix everything very well and set aside.
In a bowl add the  eggs and beat with a whisk, add the salt, milk, oil and mix well, then add the yeast, wheat flour, parsley and mix everything very well.
Add this cream to the pan on top of the other ingredients, add the mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 40 minutes.
