Ingredients:
1 chicken breast fillet
Salt to taste

2 eggs
60 grams of breadcrumbs
60 grams of mozzarella cheese (sliced or shredded)
Paprika to taste
Tomato sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Chives (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken
:
Season the chicken breast fillet with salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste.

Prepare the Breaded Coating:
Beat the 2 eggs in a bowl.
Place the breadcrumbs in a separate dish.
Dip the chicken fillet into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s well coated.
Coat the chicken fillet with the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to make sure the breadcrumbs stick.
