Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • oil
  • 1 grated carrot
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • fried garlic to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • parsley to taste
  • 200g mayonnaise

Way of doing:

Cut the cabbage into slices, then add it to a pan of hot water and let it cook.
After cooking, remove from the pan with a slotted spoon to drain the water.
Place in a sieve and add water to wash.
Cut the onion in half and then into slices.
Cut the green pepper into strips, then into cubes.
In a pan add the olive oil, the onion, then the carrot and sauté.
Add the green pepper and mix.
Add the cabbage and mix again.
Add salt, black pepper, fried garlic and mix well.
Transfer everything to a bowl.
Cut the tomato into slices, then into cubes, then transfer to the same bowl.
Add the parsley and mix everything.
Finally add the mayonnaise and mix well.
