Ingredients:

  • 6 bananas

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups of oat flour

  • yeast 2 tablespoons

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

  • 1 cup raisins

Way of doing:

  • First peel the bananas.
  •  Place them in a refractory and mash well with a fork.
  • In another refractory pour the eggs and beat well.
  • Then pour it over the mashed bananas and mix well.
  • Add the oat flour and mix well.
  • Then add the yeast and cinnamon powder and continue mixing until well mixed.
  • Lastly add the raisins and stir again.
  • Grease a mold with butter.
