Beef Yakisoba, Sensational and Delicious Dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 500g of meat
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ chopped pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped carrot

Sauce:

  • 300ml of water
  • 80ml soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Pasta:

  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 300g pasta

Way of doing:

In a pan add a little oil, the meat and stir well to fry.
Add the salt, paprika, black pepper and mix well, cover the pan and let the water dry. When it dries, transfer the meat to a container and set aside.
In the same pan add a drizzle of oil, the onion, pepper, tomato, carrot and mix well.
In a container add the water, soy sauce, cornstarch and mix well.
Transfer the meat that was reserved into the pan, then the sauce, mix well, cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
In a pan with water add the salt, oil, pasta and cook for 7 minutes.
Transfer the pasta to the pan, along with the other ingredients and mix everything very well.
