Beef Mince Roasted in the Oven Bag

Beef mince roasted in an oven bag is a flavorful and convenient dish that locks in all the juices and flavors while cooking. This method ensures tender and moist beef mince, surrounded by a variety of vegetables and seasonings. Here’s how to prepare it:

Ingredients:

  • chives to taste
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 700g of meat
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • paprika to taste
  • chimichurri to taste
  • curry to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the chives, the carrot into slices, the onion into slices, the potatoes into small pieces, the green pepper into cubes, the tomatoes into medium pieces and the meat into cubes.
Add all these ingredients into a roasting bag, then season with garlic, paprika, chimichurri, curry, salt, black pepper and mix everything very well.
Tie the bag with a seal, place it inside a baking dish, poke some holes in the bag with a toothpick, so that the steam can escape during cooking and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After roasting, open the bag with scissors, pour all the meat into the pan and add the chives on top.
