Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 ripe bananas, sliced
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in sour cream.

Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Layer sliced bananas and strawberries evenly over the mixture. Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Turn off oven and let the cheesecake sit in the oven for 1 hour.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Garnish with additional strawberries and banana slices before serving.
