Banana Sandwich Cake, Perfect for Breakfast or Afternoon Coffee!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soup
  • cinnamon powder (optional)

Way of doing:

Peel and mash the banana.
In a container add the egg and beat, then add the mashed banana and mix, then add the oil, milk, sugar and mix everything.
Add the wheat flour and mix until homogenized, finally add the yeast and mix.
In an electric sandwich maker, grease both parts with butter, add half of the mixture, spreading it well, then cover and let it bake for 7 minutes.
When it is cooked, remove it from the sandwich maker and sprinkle the cinnamon powder on top.
