Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 banana peels
  • 1 ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 3 chopped bananas
  • 1 teaspoon baking soup

     

Way of doing:

In a bowl add the banana peels, the eggs, place everything in the blender, then add the sugar, oil, salt and blend everything for a minute.
Transfer the entire mixture into a bowl, add the wheat flour, passing through a sieve, mix everything very well with the help of a whisk.
Add the bananas, yeast and mix everything.
Transfer the dough into a mold, greased with butter and wheat flour, then bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
