Banana Pancake Cake with Coffee, the result will surprise you!!

Ingredients:
500ml whipped cream
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
3 bananas
2 eggs
300ml of milk
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of yeast

How to do it:
Blend the coffee, bananas, eggs, milk and sugar in a blender until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the wheat flour and mix well, then add the yeast and mix.
Grease a frying pan with butter, divide the dough into three parts, add one part to the pan, cover and leave on low heat for 10 minutes, then remove the dough with a spatula and set aside. Repeat the process with the other two parts of the dough.
In a bowl add the whipped cream and beat for 7 minutes using a mixer.
Place the dough on a board, add a layer of whipped cream on top, then the other part of the dough on top, another layer of whipped cream, finally the last dough and add the rest of the whipped cream, spreading it well over the entire dough, including the sides, optionally place chocolate balls or confetti on top to decorate.
