Banana omelet – practical and healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2  eggs
  • 3 tablespoons  of oats
  • oil
  • honey

Way of doing

  • Remove the ends of the bananas, peel and cut 2 of them into slices.
  • Mash the other banana with the help of a fork.
  • Then transfer to a container, add the  eggs and mix everything.
  • Add the oats and mix everything.
  • In a pan add olive oil and spread it with a brush.
  • Then add the banana slices one by one.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it so it is even.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • After this time, turn the recipe over so it cooks on the other side, use a plate to help you.
  • Add honey on top and help yourself!
