Banana Dessert, Practical and Delicious

Ingredients:

For the sweet:
  • 4 very ripe bananas (silver or dwarf)
  • 1 cup (200ml) sugar
For the cream:
  • 1 box of condensed milk 395g
  • 1 box of cream 200g
  • 200ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence (optional)

Way of doing:

Peel the bananas and mash them well, set aside.
In a pan add the sugar and stir over low heat, until it reaches a caramel point, then add the banana and stir for approximately 3 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film and set aside.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and pour it into a pan, then add the vanilla essence, cream, condensed milk, turn on the medium heat and stir until combined.
Add this mixture to a refractory, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge and pour all the banana syrup over it, refrigerate for 1 hour.
