Ingredients:

  •  potatoes
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ham to taste
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 500ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • mozzarella to taste

 

How to do it:

In a pan add the potatoes, cover with water, add salt and cook for 15 minutes.
Cut the ham into squares.
Cut the onion in half and then into slices.
In a pan add the olive oil, ham and stir.
Add the onion and mix.
Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
In another pan add the butter, stir until it melts, then add the wheat flour and mix.
Add the milk little by little while mixing.
Add salt, black pepper, oregano and mix.
Remove from the heat, then transfer the mixture to a mold, add a thin portion, then add the potatoes, then the ham and finally pour the entire mixture over everything.
Add the mozzarella and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
