Baked Eggplant, Incredibly Tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large eggplant
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 g of ground  beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • mozzarella to taste

 

For the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 cup [tea] of milk
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • Bahian seasoning to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoon of butter

 

How to do it:

Cut the eggplant, place it in a bowl, cover with water, add salt, stir and set aside for 30 minutes.
In a pan, over medium heat, add the oil, onion and stir, then add the garlic and sauté, then add the ground  beef and mix well, add the paprika, black pepper, salt, sauce of tomato and mix everything very well.
Add the tomato, mix and let it cook for 5 minutes.
In a pan, over low/medium heat, add the butter, wheat flour, milk and mix well, add the salt, black pepper, Bahian seasoning, then add the milk until cooked, while stirring.
In a pan, over low/medium heat, add oil, then the dry eggplant, without the water, turn the side when golden, then remove from the pan, place one layer in a refractory dish, on top place the prepared ground  meat previously, then another layer of eggplant, then the mixture made with wheat flour, on top add mozzarella and place in a preheated oven at 180c for 25 minutes.
