Ingredients:
- Cauliflower: 700 g (about 1 medium head), cut into florets
- Eggs: 2, beaten
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Sour Cream: 1 tablespoon
- Dried Garlic: to taste
- Flour: 50 g (about 1/3 cup)
- Plant Oil: for frying
- Tomatoes: 2, sliced
- Mozzarella: 200 g (about 7 oz), sliced
Directions:
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until they are tender but still firm, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
- Coat the Cauliflower:
- In a large bowl, combine the beaten eggs, salt, black pepper, sour cream, and dried garlic. Mix well.
- Add the flour to the mixture, stirring until smooth. Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture to coat them evenly.
- Fry the Cauliflower:
