Ingredients:

  • 500g broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • oil
  • 1 onion
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cups of milk tea
  • parsley to taste
  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • mozzarella to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Broccoli: Cut the broccoli and place it in a pan. Cover with water, add salt and milk, and cook for 15 minutes.

  2. Sauté the Vegetables: In a pan, drizzle olive oil and add the onion, green pepper, and red pepper. Sauté until softened.

  3. Mix the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, combine the eggs, salt, oil, milk, and parsley. Mix well until smooth.

  4. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the wheat flour and yeast, mixing until fully combined.
