Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2  tomatoes
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • lemon
  • parsley
  • oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 tablespoon  mustard

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado into cubes and place them on a platter.

  2. Chop the Tomatoes: Halve the tomatoes, then cut them into strips and finally into cubes. Add them to the platter.

  3. Add Corn: Sprinkle the cup of corn over the other ingredients.

  4. Slice the Cucumber: Remove the ends of the cucumber, slice it, and add the slices to the platter.

  5. Dice the Pepper: Cut the yellow pepper into cubes and place them on the platter.

  6. Dress the Salad: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.

  7. Make the Dressing: In a container, combine olive oil, grated garlic, mustard, and salt. Mix well.
