Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
1/4 cup honey
1-2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Season the Salmon Bites: In a large bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) until evenly coated.

Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the edges.

Prepare the Hot Honey: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey and hot sauce. Stir until heated through and well combined. Alternatively, you can microwave the honey and hot sauce together in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-30 seconds.

Coat the Salmon: Once the salmon bites are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Drizzle the hot honey over the salmon and toss gently to coat.
Serve: Arrange the salmon bites on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
